Percy Chikwira entered the World of Coffee in 2010 when he worked at Infood as a barista. It is here where his lifelong passion and love affair with coffee began. Working his way to the top of the totem pole with various diplomas and qualifications, Percy stood out in the area of coffee consultation. Fast forward 13 years and numerous Coffee awards later, Percy is now the Head of Coffee and Training at Infood Coffee Roastery as well as an SCA Accredited trainer.

The Speciality Coffee Association, is an orginization that sets recognized professional standards to those wanting to start a journey in the world of coffee. Built on foundations of openness, inclusivity, and the power of shared knowledge. SCA’s purpose is to foster global coffee communities to support activities to make coffee a more sustainable, equitable, and thriving activity for the whole value chain. From coffee farmers to baristas and roasters, their membership spans the globe, encompassing every element of the coffee value chain. The SCA acts as a unifying force within the specialty coffee industry and works to make coffee better by raising standards worldwide through a collaborative and progressive approach. Dedicated to building an industry that is fair, sustainable, and nurturing for all, the SCA draws on years of insights and inspiration from the specialty coffee community.
