Return/Refund Policy

  Your satisfaction is our top priority at Infood Coffee Roastery. We want you to relish every moment with our coffee, and to ensure your happiness, we have a comprehensive Return/Refund Policy. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the terms outlined below:

How to Request a Return:

Standard Returns:

We gladly accept returns on non-perishable items within 30 days of purchase or receipt, provided the following conditions are met: The item is unused and undamaged. It remains in its original purchased condition. No accessories, parts, or documentation are missing. The original packaging is intact and in its original condition. Notification of the return or exchange is made within 30 days of receipt. Return Options: When returning an item, you have several options:  

Exchange for an item(s) of equal value.

Pay the difference if the new item’s value is higher (payment required before releasing the new order). Receive a refund or credit for the difference as per the options below. Store credit in the form of an electronic gift voucher, usable anytime for future purchases. Refund via your original payment method or EFT if applicable. For refund requests, please allow up to 7 working days post-evaluation.  

Preparing Your Item(s) for Return:

To ensure a smooth return process: Include all original accessories and parts. Ensure items meet the required conditions. Include provided paperwork or reference numbers for courier collections. Safely package items to prevent damage during return transit.  

Return Evaluation Process:

Returned items undergo inspection before processing a refund or exchange. Allow up to 3 working days for evaluation. We will promptly notify you once completed.  

Damages in Transit:

Inspect your order upon receipt and report any damages within a maximum of 7 days. Please provide detailed information and include photographs if possible.  

Incorrect Items Delivered:

Notify us within 7 days if you receive incorrect items. We’ll promptly arrange for the return of the incorrect items and dispatch the correct ones upon return.  

Exceptions to Return/Refund Policy:

Perishable products, such as coffee beans, are non-returnable. For quality concerns with our coffee beans, contact us at  

Defective or Faulty Products:

If you receive a defective product, contact us. Within 6 months or an extended warranty period, we’ll arrange repair or replacement. In most cases, we will arrange for the item to be collected by courier, or you can bring it to our store. We’ll inspect the item and confirm the fault before proceeding with repair, replacement, or refund. Please note that repairs may take up to 21 days, subject to part availability.  

Gift Vouchers:

Unused gift vouchers are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
